Abigail Denbeaux Kahl, Managing Partner

Abigail Kahl graduated with High Honors from Duke University School of Law, and went on to clerk for Chief Judge John W. Bissell in New Jersey Federal District Court in Newark.  After that, Ms. Kahl practiced employment and general litigation before taking over the family and estate group at Denbeaux and Denbeaux.  

The Law ADK team handles an array of family-related cases including Wills and estates, divorce actions, custody disputes and restraining order. Ms. Kahl's background in litigation and specialty in family cases makes her uniquely suited to zealously protect and advise her clients.  Her goal is for every client to leave in a better situation than when they first came to the office.  

Ms. Kahl is also an adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.
